How long does shipping typically take?
Standard delivery for in-stock items usually takes 5-10 business days. For larger furniture pieces requiring white-glove delivery, our logistics partner will contact you within 48 hours to schedule a specific delivery window.
Do you offer assembly services?
Yes, we offer professional assembly services for an additional fee. You can select the 'White Glove Delivery & Assembly' option at checkout, and our team will build your furniture and remove all packaging materials.
What is your return policy for furniture?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unassembled. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Are your wood products made from solid wood or MDF?
We carry a variety of materials to suit different budgets. Each product page includes detailed specifications under the 'Materials' section, clearly stating whether the item is crafted from solid hardwood, wood veneers, or high-quality MDF.
Do you provide fabric swatches?
To ensure you are happy with your choice, we offer free fabric swatches for most of our upholstered sofas and chairs. You can request up to five swatches through our 'Request a Swatch' page.
